Role overview
A Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Technician supports organisations to manage workplace risks, comply with health and safety law, and minimise environmental impact. Apprentices carry out risk assessments, conduct inspections, and help embed a positive safety culture across their workplace. This level 3 qualification leads to SHE adviser or officer roles and underpins progression to chartered membership of IOSH.
