Role overview

This Level 2 apprenticeship trains you in the broad range of practical skills needed to maintain residential or commercial properties, carrying out repairs and minor works across plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting, and decorating. You will be the first port of call for property faults and maintenance requests. It can lead to specialist trade apprenticeships, facilities management, or property maintenance supervisor roles.
