Role overview
An advanced paralegal works at a higher level within a legal team, managing complex legal matters, supervising junior paralegals, and taking significant responsibility for client files across areas such as litigation, conveyancing, or corporate law. This level 5 apprenticeship develops legal knowledge, analytical skills, and professional judgement well beyond the entry-level paralegal role. It can lead to senior paralegal, legal executive, or a pathway towards qualification as a solicitor.
